For a first timer who never has tried Indian food, we suggest:

Start off with an appetizer of your choice. If you are confused or have questions, always our front floor staff is available to help you and would even suggest a choice for you if you’d like. When ordering an entree of your choice, definitely ask for some kind of flat bread such as Naan, Roti etc..and if you haven’t already ordered an entree from Tandoor Specialities, definitely try one of our Tandoor dishes. Tandoor is an Indian Clay Oven. Food cooked in a Tandoor is Juicy, Healthy and Delicious.

If you feel that the food is too spicy for you, try one our traditional Indian beverage “Lassi” – Mango lassi being the most popular of them. This semi sweet mango flavored yogurt smoothie makes a perfect pairing with any spicy Indian food.

It is customary to eat indian food with hands, so don’t be afraid to treat the bread on the table like your fork to dip and scoop your curry dishes and dive right in. Yes, eating with hands can be messy, hey but you can always wash them and as you end your meals, if you can’t resist to finger lick, go ahead, we won’t judge you.

Sharing is caring. By sharing and eating in an Indian restaurant you will be able to eat a variety of food and also it will make the time spent a fun interactive experience at the same time. So bring your friends too. If you still have appetite left, then you must try one our our desserts like Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai etc…and that puts an end to the 3 course Indian Cuisine.

Indian cooking has over 1000 years of history and every dish has a story you want to learn, so study often about Indian food and visit us often. Hope you have a fun filled experience at Bombay Royale.

See you Soon!
